SUMMARY:A.P.C.M. (Annual Parochial Church Meeting)
DESCRIPTION:Immediately following the Morning Service at St Mary’s on Sunday 18th August\, the two annual meetings will take place. \nThe first is the Annual Meeting of Parishioners (the A.M.P.) whose purpose is to elect two churchwardens to serve for one year\, 2025-2026. \nThe second meeting is the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (the A.P.C.M.) whose purpose is to receive and discuss reports of activity in the church in the last year\, review the accounts\, and to elect members of the PCC (Parochial Church Council). \nThe pack for the two meetings\, including agendas\, last year’s minutes and reports from the various activities of the church can be found here:  St Marys APCM pack 2025 This includes a statement of the financial activities of the church (from page 19 onwards). \nA more detailed/annotated set of the accounts can be found here: St Marys Annual Accounts 2024 2.7
